Sired by the successful NRHA stallion, Skeets Peppy (Peppy San Badger x Docs Tivio mare) with LTE $100,000. Sire of multiple NRHA and NRCHA champions. This mare's dam is a producing Doc Olena mare that Bob Avila owned and was shown by his sons in AQHA Working Cow Horse.

Finished reined cow, Reining, and Cutting horse. Consistent 72+ across the board in all three events. Big stopper, easy 20 feet even in deep ground. Quick turnarounds. Lots of expression on a cow. Pins her ears and gets low. Open caliber horse. Huge fence turns. Won all of her earnings so far in a hackamore. Will be a bridle horse next year. She is already finished in the bridle, and will be one of the top open bridle horses on the East Coast. Real deal broodmare material as well.

 Downtownattiffanys

(Downtown Cat x Gin and French-Daughter of Peppy San Badger)

 2008 Sorrel Mare.

Sired by Downtown Cat LTE $100,000 NCHA. Downtown Cat was Kixs Brooks stallion. He is sired by the great High Brow Cat, and out of a Freckles Merada daughter. This mare's bottomside is Gin and French, a producing daughter of Peppy San Badger, crossed on a daughter of Doc Olena. Gin and French has produced several "Cat" babies.

Very flashy and well put together cutting mare. Four socks and a blaze. Roaning and coontail in summer. Low hocked, pretty necked, very strong through the loins, lots of bone. This mare is built to last. Has great potential as a show horse and also as a broodmare. Its hard to find as strong of a bottomside in this nice of a mare. She works a flag very correct. Travels straight, big stops. Can use her hindend very easily. Travels low headed. Clean sweeps. Finished one handed. Has over a year of cutting training on flag and cattle. Yet to be shown in the cutting. 100% sound and healthy in every way. Easy to catch, tie, trailer, farrier, jump on and go. I don't show NCHA much, she needs to go somewhere she can get shown.

Offered for sale: $5500                                                                                                 EXTENDED PEDIGREE

Spice N Hall

(SR Hallmarked x Spicy O Lena)

 2000 Liver Chesnut Mare

Sired by SR Hallmarked, a son of Docs Hickory with LTE: $70,000, and has average offspring earnings of $12,000 with only 61 foals. The bottomside is a daughter of Doc Olena crossed on King breeding.

This mare is line bred Doc Bar and it shows. She is the most athletic animal I have ever ridden. At 12 yr old, the mare has not a single blemish on any leg and has never been unsound. She has the heart and the endurance that comes with the old breeding and man is she cool to ride! She is an open caliber cutting horse with LTE: $20,000 NCHA. She has the strongest hindend I have ever had in a horse and is built to the nines. Collection is 100% natural. Hitting the brakes is effortless. She can whirl too! Can tempi change leads. Just phenomenal mind to boot. She will be bred in 2012 to Soula Jule Star, NRCHA/NCHA million dollar sire, by Grays Starlight. I am crossing my fingers for a true Reno baby.
