Hawkeye Horses
-From prospect to finished, we always offer a nice selection of performance horses for sale. All of our horses will be trained in the cutting, as well as the reining. All of the horses we sell will also be rope broke, trail broke, and well mannered. We also do a lot of cutting and reined cow horse breeding, so we may have foals sired by some of the top horses in the industry out of our money earning mares. If you are serious about finding your next open futurity or derby prospect, here they are.
Brokering Horses
-We are experienced in aiding others in selling their horses. We have many connections within the horse industry and can get a horse advertized to the buyers market to ensure quick sales and the highest profits. Commisions on sales vary from client to client, depending on the circumstances.
Consultations
-If you are in the market for a horse but don't know what you are looking for, Hawkeye aids others in the search for the perfect match. When looking at horses, it is nice to have a second set of eyes. Both Emilie and Nick are highly knowledgable when it comes to choosing an animal that is sound, structurally correct, balanced; as well as being able to determine the future potential of the animal. Whether you are looking at a horse of ours or of someone else, we are here to help.
Hauling Horses
-We are highly experienced in horse transportation. He have quality trailers, and take every precaution to ensure the safety of the people and the animals involved in the trailering experience. Whether you have purchased a horse ours, or simply need a horse hauled somewhere, we can help you out. Prices vary according to the circumstances.
Tack and Equipment
-Hawkeye also aids others in the sale of their tack or equipment in which we do a 10% commission on.
Cattle
-We keep a small herd of Corriente cattle on the farm at all times. We may have calves available in 2012. These will be roping stock corriente/longhorn crosses great for team roping, training cow horses, or penning. Calves will be priced at $450 a head. Producing cows can be bought for $400 a head. Cows have been seasoned as roping cattle, and used for herd work. They respect fencing, people, and horses.
